This green tea can be found at pretty much all the major supermarkets and even at corner shops, as it's one of the leading tea brands. I think they range between one to two pounds per tin, and they have about 20/30 tea bags inside.

So this green tea with lemon comes in a tin with a green plastic lid that you can pop off and find the individual round tea bags inside. You then need to prepare this like you would any other tea, which is put a tea bag in a cup or mug and then pour boiling hot water over it and let it brew for about 5 minutes or longer if you so wish.

I love green tea and the healing properties I've discovered since using this. I know that I'll sleep better, not get annoying indigestion or bad stomachs as often when I drink this. It also prevents me from reaching for those medicines to get rid of acid reflux, so I guess it's a healthier alternative.

The lemon adds a nice flavour to the tea and makes it more interesting, as it's not so bland tasting and goes nicely after a meal to settle the stomach down, especially after spicy meals (which I love).

I have a tin of green tea in my cupboard so I can have one every day if not more often, as I love how it tastes and relaxes me, avoiding pains in my stomach area, which is awesome as I don't have to keep taking tablets anymore.
