A couple of months ago I was having trouble sleeping. I thought about the caffeine I was drinking. Now I’m not a coffee drinker so that was ok. That just left tea. But surely there isn’t much caffeine in a cuppa? Well there’s not. There are approximately 40 to 50mg of caffeine per cup of tea. Still I thought I’d try Tetley’s Decaffeinated Tea. So I managed to remember next time I was shopping to get some. A box of 80 tea bags cost me £1.76, which is more expensive than the ‘normal’ Tetley Tea at £1.37. Still I thought it would be worth it if I could still have my tea and not the caffeine. **HISTORY OF TEA** Tea was first discovered over 5,000 ... Read the complete review

She was recommended to me by a friend and I eagerly went along to take the test. To cut a long story short, it turned out later after various medical tests at local hospitals that I had ME, and still do - I'll write about homeopathy in another opinion, and I've already written about ME. She found that amongst many other things I was allergic to, caffeine came out near the top. She advised me to stop drinking ordinary tea and to change to decaffeinated. I was also ... i tried these t-bags when i was pregnant as my tea intake for the day was sky high and i had been told to cut down on my caffine levels.at first i was a bit sceptical,i thought they would be like drinking cozy milky water, boy was i wrong, although these were not as strong tasting as tetley one cup,i still enjoyed a great cuppa using them, and i felt better drinking the same amounts of tea and knowing i was cutting out the caffine,i can honestly say im back to my usual caffine t-bags but probably would not notice if i was given a cuppa from someone else and they used ...
