For several years now I have been drinking green tea. It all started when I worked in an office where tea was made about every half hour and deposited on your desk. I found so much normal tea was giving me palpitations so I stocked up on both normal decaf tea and some green tea. I soon found I actually preferred the green option so that became my staple hot drink. I pay around £1.20 for a tub of 25 Tetley Green Tea teabags depending where I buy them from so it's not overly expensive either. The Tetley green teabags are circular and the tub is cardboard with a shiny silver lining and a plastic lid so the teabags stay fresh. When you open the lid and smell ... Read the complete review

I was surprised to find a Tetley's brand of green tea as I've always associated them with more traditional black teas. I suppose they're jumping on the band wagon or expanding their market base as they say. They've certainly gone to town on the packaging by producing a snazzy round green container with a plastic lid. At about £1.20 for 25 tea bags they work out at about the same price as a box of Twinings. I drink green tea only on the odd occasion. Although sometimes I do go through green tea drinking binges, usually this is when I've ran out of the normal stuff. Apparently green tea is a natural source of antioxidants - the chemical compounds that ... Read the complete review

Tetley Green Tea - Pure Tetley are well known in the UK and further afield for their tea, usually quite strong and in loose leaf and tea bags.....proper builders tea as my Nan used to say. I do not drink many hot drinks, a cuppa in the morning is about it, and the occasional Latte if out. Though I do always drink green tea when I go for a Chinese meal. So I decided that I wanted to drink more green tea, but I just cannot be doing with 'flavoured' teas so picked this pack of 25 tea bags up in ASDA a few weeks ago (I've bought two more since). They cost round about £1.20 (they vary week to week in most shops) for 25 tea bags or about 5p per ... Read the complete review

The chinese drink green tea after a greasy meal and green tea is the staple drink of the Japanese. Green tea is known to be rich in antioxidants, it is caffeine free and sero calories. I like drinking green tea after a heavy meal. I find that it helps my digestion and get rid of thefull feeling quickly. Green tea can be drank on a regular basis especially as a supplement for my daily 8 glasses of water. The Tetley green tea pure comes in a delightful round container. There are 25 bags in each container. The 'Steamed Sencha style' refer to the method of gently steaming the green tea during production to retain the fresh and rounded flavour of the ... I am a big fan of Green Tea and love to relax in the evenings with a cup whilst watching the television. Tetley Pure Green Tea comes in neat little container of 25 tea bags. It is a light and refreshing tea with a smooth and mellow taste. I found it to be particularly enoyable on its own without sugar as it allows you to taste the subtle green tea. The blend is just right, as the tea is not at all bitter even when you leave the tea bag in for longer than 1 minute. However, I also enoy green tea for its health benefits: it is rich in antioxidants, which protect your body against free radicals, and also contains properties that can lower ...
