Tetley Red Bush/Rooibos tea: - Manufactured herbal tea by Tetley. Like most teas this tea contains beneficial antioxidants which help to keep the body healthy and in tip-top shape. This tea however contains high levels of antioxidants and thus is loved by the health conscious. Its lack of caffeine makes it ideal for those who are giving up caffeine for health reasons or those who are going on a detox. Drinking tea is also a good way to get water into your body. Boiling water is said to help doubly sterilise it and unlock its cleansing abilities such as healthy skin and liver. For this reason Red Bush tea can be part of a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy the taste of a cup of Red Bush tea and have tried a variety of manufactures but I prefer the Tetley's own brand. This tea has an uplifting fragrance but the colour is much more orange to red. It smells like a gentle forest pine or sweet resin. The flavour is not over powering but is more of a neutral mature blend. It is available vey cheaply at Tesco for £1.60 for 40 bags but may be more expensive at the cooperative and other stores. I like it alot hope you will too!
