I haven't always been a Tetley Tea man. I have tried many different makes of tea. However it is Tetley that I prefer.

The tea comes in many different varieties. There is the Original Tetley as well as organic, Extra Strong, Redbush, Earl Grey, Decaf and Geen tea.

The only drink that is consumed more than tea in the UK is water. Tetley tea is very hydrating and counts towards your water intake for the day. It is well documentated that if you keep yourself hydrated it keeps your concentration levels up. Unlike some coffee Tea itself has a very low amount of caffein and you would need to have a number of cups a day before you would be consuming a moderate amount of caffein.

Tetley tea is rich in antioxidants which help your body look after itself. Tea without milk or sugar also have no calories.

The tea bags often come in different shapes - round,square and pyramid.

I love drinking cups of tea. I usually drink it with skimmed milk. It really is refreshing and I always make sure it is Tetley. I always get the original flavour and buy it from Home Bargain. I usually get 100 bags for 99p. You will pay considerably more in Supermarkets. My rule of thumb is 1p a tea bag. Any more then I'm paying over the odds.
