Advantages: Tasty and healthy :)

Disadvantages: None...

I have started drinking a lot more tea since I got older and have enjoyed trying the main varieties and I didn't realise how many types of tea leave there were either or all the different places they grew in the world...

'Tetley' is a huge name in teabags and I've bee drinking a lot of this at my dad's recently as he buys big bumper packs for £3 at Morrisons for 240 tea bags...

These teabags are packaged in the famous blue of Tetley's colours in a resealable paper bag and contain just tea which is 'naturally rich in antioxidants'.

There is only one calorie per 100ml of stewed tea which is really good for dieters like my mum and dad!

The best before date on my pack is not until a year in December so this product keeps for ages too and has three blends of tea in the mix- Assam from India for strength and body, Ceylon leaves for a smooth refreshing finish and African leaves for the distinctive flavour and red colour.

I take my tea with sugar and milk and would class this as a medium strength brew once infused in boiling water for a minute of so.

I don't like strong tea so this is perfect for me. I really like the different blends of tea in Tetley they work really well together and taste really nice. This drink doesn't leave my mouth dry like some brands do so it is really refreshing and hydrating :)

Tea contains no fat and is really hydrating and good for you, it count towards you daily fluid intake as well so there is no bad side to tea either.

As for Tetley's it's a really nice blend of flavours that work really well and it is worth five stars today :)

Summary: Try it :)
