Advantages: Very Yummy, Tastes like chocolate + coffee, Can drink straight or mixed.

Disadvantages: A bit sickly, wee bit expensive (isn't everything?!)

MMMmmmmmmmMMM! Tia Maria; sweet, dark, intoxicating (!). This liquer is delicious seved with cola and ice or coffee (cold or hot). I personally find that after a few glasses of Tia Maria and coke, the taste turns more to chocolately than the subtle coffee flavour you first get with it. If you close your eyes and think "Cadburys" then you can almost convince yourself it's choclate - and for a chocoholic like me, that's heaven. Tia Maria is the closest you can proably get to a chocolately-coffee-ish-alcoholic drink, which I reckon there is defintely a gap on the market for!
A bit sickly for some, I wouldn't recommend drinking it by the pint (however strong the temptation is) because it wil make you sick... VERY SICK. (Yes, I know, I shouldn't have used such a big glass!). BUt so long as you don't abuse it, it'll always remain a gorgeous, gorgeous tipple.
