I was looking for a healthier alternative to my favourite tea,something tasty enough but without caffeine. I could not drink green tea any more and other herbal drinks. Rick Tock rooibos looked pretty nice on the store shelf and I was quiet happy with its price -only 1.49.
Not only it is caffeine free,it is low in tannin,too,so my whole faily can drink it as much as they want. It is high in antioxidants,so it will hel reduce skin ageing and improve general wellbeing. I think it is much better for my teeth than black tea- plaque has gone and my teeth are whiter,too. You can drink it anytime,also in the bedtime, in the opposite to coffe and natural tea.
Tick tock teas use traditional techniques and from 1903 it is still made to original specifications. During last century Rooibos becae more popular, simply because it is healthier and perfect for those who do not like 'herbal' teas.
To prepare a delicious tea you need to ad freshly boiled water and brew it for approximately 5 minutes - manufacturer recommends 2-4 (in my view it is best to wait until colour will be rich ). You can ad sugar or milk - it is up to you.
