Yummy, sweet Tizer anyone? (Tizer)

Advantages: Sweet, fruity and sugary

Disadvantages: Will be too sweet for some and is heavy on the calories

One drink I used to love years ago with this particular drink. I don't know if I stopped noticing it or whether it went off the market or what but today I re-spotted it whilst out shopping! I was delighted and decided to treat myself to a couple of cans of the stuff (in case I don't see it again lol) and re visit my misspent youth!

The Can:

330ml aluminium can and it's an orangy red colour with a swish on green and yellow on there and I'm told it now has added bite and is Tizer. Other information displayed on the can tells me ingredients used, there is an at a glance nutritional chart on there as well as a full nutritional chart, size is stated and contact details for A.G Bar Plc (the manufacturers of this product) are given. It's a nice simple can with a ring pull to the top of it and the best before date is clearly stamped on the base.

The Drink Itself:

Well the drink is slightly sparkling opposed to cheap and fizzy is a reddish colour and in my opinion best served cool/cold. This isn't diet or low in sugar and it does contain both sugars and sweetness to make a really sweet drink but for me with it being sparkling as well as sweet suits my taste-buds just fine. It has a sort of raspberry, strawberry tone to it though these ingredients are not listed. Surprisingly what is, is carrot and safflower (whatever that is lol). Before anyone comments yes I did say it contains carrot, it's listed on my ingredient list here in front of me lol.

This drink is fruity, sweet with a tang of salt to it and I find it crisp and refreshing! Not for everyone I'm sure this drink but me, I'm mighty glad I found this fruity and unusual concoction all over again and yes it's as good as remembered!
