Advantages: Not from concentrate, really good taste, rich in Vit C.

Grey, grey, grey is the weather, and thats just when you need a little lift, a little bit of sunshine to brighten up your day. And what can be more shouting sunshine than a glass full of Tropicana orange and mango juice.

This is orange juice with a twist, blended with juicy mango to give a delicious way to have one of your 5 daily portions of fruit and vegetables a day.

The juice comes in a 1L container, and is decorated with the familiar green Tropicana logo, and pictures of juicy oranges and mango's. It retails at around £1.84 for 1L.

What I like about this juice, compared to many other brands, is that it is 100% pure juice, and not from concentrate. It has no added sugar or salt, and is fat free. It is high in Vitamin C, so not only does it taste good, it is also good for you.

I suggest you give the carton a shake before drinking, as the thicker bits tend to sink to the bottom. It shoudl be refrigerated after opening, and finished in 5 days (but I doubt it will last that long once you've tasted it!).

The taste is really quite delicious, and although it does taste of orange foremost, there is the wonderful rich flavour of mango coming through, but not too overwhelmingly. It is also not too sweet, as it is natural.

It is probably a bit more expensive than most other brands, but it is worth spoiling yourself now and then, as this juice does taste a lot nicer than any of the other brands made from concentrate.

Summary: Sunshine in a glass, health as a bonus
