Tropicana Pure Premium Golden Grapefruit Juice

When I was a kid I used to love sour sweets, but as I've grown up I've become less and less a fan of that acidic sour taste that makes your lips screw up! So I kind of fell out of love with grapefruit juice and didn't buy it for years. The other day my girlfriend picked some of this up and so I wasn't too optimistic when I tried it. I had always wanted to try grapefruit juice and on my shopping day at the supermarket last week I saw someone else pick up Tropicana golder grapefruit juice so I decided to give it a try also. Unfortunately I didn't really like it. My impression of grapefruit juice was that it's going to be sour and a bit sweet. But all I could taste was bitterness. I thought that it might be my tastebud on that day so I decided to give it another try next morning but it was just as bitter. I don't know whether it's suppose to taste like that (and that's why people love it) or whether it's just me or whether it's just the carton I got (in which case I should make a claim). I don't know but my impression of grapefruits had now changed...BITTER!!!

In my house we're mad on breakfast products. We all believe in breakfast so have a selection of stuff and this pitched up in my house so I thought I'd review it for you! The Packaging.... Cardboard long oblong white box with a yellow screw/on off lid situated at the top of the carton. On the front of the carton I'm told it is indeed Tropicana, Pure Premium. Under that in yellow writing I'm told it is Golden Grapefruit, 100% pure squeezed golden grapefruit that's not from concentrate.
