Advantages: Great taste, and good value if you shop around.

Disadvantages: Can be expensive in convenience shops.

For a long time, this was really the only option available on supermarket shelves if you were looking for a good quality, not from concentrate orange juice. More recently however, other companies have begun to catch on to the idea that people are willing to pay much more for this than they would for the usual from concentrate stuff, and so nowadays there is a huge range of choice from different producers, as well as supermarkets own brands often offering high-quality not from concentrate juices at very competitive prices. In my opinion however, Tropicana still holds its own as the best tasting orange juice available.

~Taste~

Not too bitter, not too sweet, Tropicana manages to get the taste just right. There is still a notable difference between this juice and what you would get if you were to squeeze the oranges yourself (nothing beats that) but from a carton, nothing beats Tropicana.

~Price~

Although it is often perceived as being one of the more premium juices and therefore would come at a high price, if you shop around it is often possible to find this juice as cheap or sumtimes even cheaper than supermarket own brands, making the combination of value and quality irresistable to fans of good orange juice.

Summary: Still the best orange juice in stores.
