I'm a huge orange juice fan, and it's one of the few drinks that I will rarely stoop to buying the cheaper versions, such as the "from concentrate" alternatives that come with a bunch of sugar and water, nor the squash versions. Although Tropicana is among the most expensive "pure" juices on the market, it is also the most lovely and delicious, and unless I'm really strapped for cash, I will always elect to get Tropicana over the rest.

Not only is Tropicana delicious - it's also extremely good for you, and isn't watered down or containing ANY sugar at all. What you see really is what you get - it's simply squeezed oranges in a carton. It's further good for you because it contains Vitamin C, Vitamin E, as well as the "provitamins" B1, B2, and B6, which have innumerable health benefits. Even just a small glass of Tropicana counts as one of your "five a day", and contains approximately 85 calories per serving (for a 200ml glass). As a citrus fruit, the taste can be a little acerbic, but if you like orange juice anyway, this is likely to be right up your sweet. It also comes in two forms - Smooth (green carton), and With Bits (blue). I generally prefer the Smooth one as nothing risks getting caught in your teeth.

Although a carton will run you back about £1.50, it's worth spending, because it's the healthiest and most delicious orange juice on the market. I don't at all hesitate to recommend this to those looking for a tasty way to help get to their five a day. Lovely.
