Advantages: Tastes lovely, good for you, low calorie
Disadvantages: Can be expensive
I am a bit addicted to diet coke and pepsi which is supposed to be quite bad for you. I worry about them rotting my teeth so am always looking for healthier alternatives. I have been drinking Tropicana for a while now and i have to say it is my favourite orange juice.
I usually opt for the smooth variety of orange juice as i dont like orange with bits in it - yuck! Tropicana comes in a tall carton, similar to a milk carton. It has a round plastic screw off lid in the top of the carton that can be resealed again for freshness. The last time i bought it was in Asda when it was on special offer. It was on offer at three cartons of 1.75 litres for £5. This may seem expensive but is actually quite reasonable for Tropicana which is usually more expensive than this.
Tropicana is not from concentrate and is 100% pure squeezed orange juice. Tropicana has been made for more than sixty years and is probably one of the highest quality and well known orange juices that you can buy. I keep it in the fridge before i drink it and add ice in the glass to make sure it is really cold. It tastes really orangey and refreshing and is great to have with your toast or cereal in the morning.
The carton advises customers to use it within 5 days of opening. This wouldnt be a problem in my house as i love it! It contains a lot of Vitamin C which is really good for you.

Tropicana is low in fat so is also good for dieters and wont rot your teeth as much as fizzy soft drinks would. Buy it and make it part of your morning routine.
