a bit of a different drink

Tropicana is a brand that I have always really trusted, because I think their orange juice is just so good, the nicest around definitely! However it can be a bit on the expensive side. I also really like pink lemonade but had previously been disappointed with a bottle of Sainsburys own brand fizzy version, when I saw this new product I thought I might as well give it a try and so put some in the trolley when at Sainsbury's. The packaging was attractive and different to the normal Tropicana packaging that you might expect; usually it is a carton with a lid at an angle, but this is a see clear plastic bottle with a label around it telling you the details of the product. It looks nice like this and you can clearly see what the product looks like, although the details are in a smaller print because of this. The actual product is a bright pink colour, living up to its name. When you open the bottle you can certainly smell the sugar, a very sweet aroma is there. The lemonade contains lemons, raspberries, sugar and other ingredients although those 3 are the main ones. If you've ever had regular still lemonade before, or even cloudy lemonade then it is pretty similar to that apart from with the raspberry tones to it. It is very sweet and while it is refreshing at first, I find its better to drink it in small portions because of just how sugary it is! It was half price in Sainsburys last week (and it still is) for about £1.20 for 900ml which I don't think is that bad considering that its not something I'd want to drink all at once, but when it goes back to full price I'm not sure because although it is fairly nice it is awfully sweet with so much sugar!
