Advantages: A good clean refreshing Lager.
Disadvantages: Slightly above average price.
Many moons ago, when I was a young lad in the Navy, I got a visit to Copenhagen. Of course one of the things we always did, was to organise a brewery visit, and this brewery does them like most of them do.
The visit was just the same as any other trip of this type, just a quick bimble around looking at a production line of millions of bottles, seeing fermentation vessels etc. The main purpose of course was the tasting. This went well naturally, and upon leaving, we went to seek more Lager, this ended up with me on a charge of course, but it was a very good "run ashore".
The brewery in Copenhagen is actually owned by Carlsberg, and was founded back in 1873, and if memory serves, we got a lot more hospitality because it was the Centenery, yes it was a long time ago! We were treated like Royalty, and thoroughly enjoyed it. These Danes love their Royal Family, and this Lager is by Royal Appointment, which is quite an honour.
I like the idea of drinking from glass, either a pint pot, or in the case of lager, straight from the bottle. These bottles are the traditional green chunky ones, with a strange cap we are not familiar with in the UK. These hols 275ml, and are easy to hold.
The Lager itself, is typical of the Continental Pilsner we get here nowadays, it is refreshing, with a clean taste. The strength (for Tuborg Green which we buy in the UK) is just under five percent ABV (Alcohol by Volume) so strong enough. As for the price, you just have to shop around because there are so many beers on offer at this time of year. You will find it very slightly above average price for the UK, but if you ever buy it in Denmark, it costs a small fortune!
There are 1.3 Alcohol units in a 275ml bottle, and 4.2 in a pint, 3 to 4 units is the recommended maximum for Men, (Maximum, not a target) and 2 to 3 for Women. Tuborg is all in favour of the "Drink Aware campaign)
The Company has a website, where you will find all the information you need. You can even download music, or chech where you can buy the Lager by enering your postcode.
The website is at:-

I remember getting a small keyring from my brewery visit, and one day I may come across it, if I do it will bring back happy memories of a wonderful time. I will be buying some of this Lager for Christmas, and would recommend you do the same.
Summary: I highly recommend this Continental Lager.
