Advantages: great taste, uplifting

Disadvantages: none

This is my all time favourite fruit tea. The blackcurrent makes it fruity, the vanilla adds a sweetness, and the ginseng lifts the body and the spirit. Its a far better stimulant than caffeine, having a more gentle effect and far fewer side effects.

As with all fruit teas from Twinings, you can get it in any decent supermarket. Prepaire by soaking tea bags in boiling water for about five minutes. It really is important to give fruit teas plenty of time to brew. I know of many people who complain that fruit teas don't taste of anything. If you only leave them in water for a minute or two, as you would with ordinary tea, the results are uninspiring. Give your tea plenty of time and you may be surprised by the results.

This is a great tea to have early in the afternoon when you need a bit of a lift but don't want to be floating about somewhere near the ceiling.

I am also a fruit tea fan, but the top tea has to be organic green tea, it is great and really does detoxify you! Good op.
