I've become a bit of a fruit tea junky, since finally (if reluctantly) giving up caffeine. Caffeine isn't much good for bumps, and I am trying to be good, so nine months of fruit and herbal teas it is. In the unlikely circumstanmces that you've read through one of my tea ops before, you will know that I am a bit of a purist, especially where Camomile os concerned. I will occasionalyl put honey in it, but Camomile and spearmint I loath, camomile and spiced apple I don't think much of.
