 ... band. There is a small shaped picture on the Intense packet of a beautiful sunset, showing water and some trees. The picture depicts a feeling of warmth, strength and intensity. There is 227 grams in a packet and mine has a sell by date of May 2010, so a really good shelf life. They provide a sticky tab to re-seal the packet, but I prefer to keep it in a tin. Coffee is one of my favourite drinks, so I was devastated when told I should cut down on my caffeine intake. Not drinking Coke was easy, I also managed to cut out tea apart from on a rare occasion at a meeting where there is only tea or coffee, and I drink fruit infusions. Cutting out my Nescafe was difficult, but I now drink my Tesco decaff quite happily and so I treat myself to one GOOD cup of coffee a day. We have had a coffee machine for a long time and drink "proper" coffee after dinner. We like many ground coffees, so I always look out for offers when shopping.
