The health benefits of green tea are now widely known. It contains a natural source of antioxidants which helps protect the body from free radicals. Recent medical research shows that regular green tea drinkers may have lower chances of heart disease and developing certain types of cancer. Other unproven scientific benefits also include stopping diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Green tea is also shown to speed up your metabolism and can help with weight loss. I read an article recently about how Green tea is suppose to help detox your body and it can also speed up your metabolism and help you to loose weight. Whether this is true or not I was drawn in and the next time I was at Sainsburys I was in the tea and coffee aisle lookingat a huge array of different green teas. I was overwhelmed at all the different flavours and didn't have a clue where to start. I would usually go for the cheapest but I was a bit dubious to do this because I had never tried green tea before and wasn't sure if a cheaper version would be bitter and horrible. After trying to decide for around twenty minutes I ent for the Twinnings apple and ... Read the complete review
