I drink tea mainly because its high in antioxidants and I've heard that if you drink 3 or more cups a day it can actually burn calories, now whether this is a proven fact or not I don't know but I'm happy to give it a go, although I have to admit I do not find it as appealing as a nice cup of black coffee!!!
