Sometimes I have a sleepless night, usually at the end of a long day's work, and I find chamomile tea a great help. The one I like the best is Twinings Organic Pure Chamomile. Chamomile has long been recognised as a great sleep inducer and it's the perfect thing to have as your last drink of the evening because it doesn't contain caffeine. I am trying my hardest to give up milk, it's not always easy I love a proper cup of tea, however, I will persevere. So I have been mostly drinking fruit teas(soya milk doesn't do it for me). I picked this box the other day at Sainsburys for £1.79 containing 20 mixed teabags 5 Peach & Passion Fruit 5 Grapefruit, Mandarin & Lime 5 Lemon Zest 5 Mango, Mandarin & Cinnamon I am hooked! I love the peach and passionfruit, when you first brew it the aroma of peach hits you and you actually believe it will taste of peach and it does with a mild hint of passionfruit, now I would have liked the passionfruit flavour ...
