Sometimes I have a sleepless night, usually at the end of a long day's work, and I find chamomile tea a great help. The one I like the best is Twinings Organic Pure Chamomile. I am trying my hardest to give up milk, it's not always easy I love a proper cup of tea, however, I will persevere. So I have been mostly drinking fruit teas(soya milk doesn't do it for me).
