I made my first cup in about the time you would a normal cup of black tea, and it was way too much - almost undrinkable because of the heavily perfumed flavour. It smells really nice, but it smells more like something you would want to put on your skin than something you would want to drink. I thought I would have a go at Jasmin tea - I like lotus green tea a lot and just bought one of these packets to give a new type a go. I am a hardened fruit tea drinker and have a pallet acustomed to strange new tastes, but I will admit to having found Jasmin tea very weird. It is a heavily perfumed tea, Jasmin, as the name suggests. This is a floral perfume, quite heavy and heady, quite sweet and very overpowering.
