Advantages: Fresh tastes

Disadvantages: No caffine

I never thought I would become a fruit tea drinker. I was far too hooked on tea nad coffee to bother . . . or so I thought.

I was introduced to fruit tea by a friend of mine who was a firm advocate of them and so when offered one I didn't refuse.

Although this tea sounds like an unusual combination, it tastes very good. It comes in a blue sachet and comes out red when you add the boiling water. The aroma is more fruity than bitter and although it is not a syrup like sensation to drink it is full of subtle flavours. The lime is very difficult to make out but the mxture of mandarin and grapefruit combines well to provide a distincive taste.

Compared to a cup of tea it leaves you feeling fresher and it is no wonder that it is good to have on a detox. I am now hooked and would recomend a good way to get into these teas is to buty the twinings mixed box to identify which ones do it for you.
