Twinings is a company founded in 1706. They make and export over 200 teas these days. The first tea they imported in 1706 was Green Tea. The tea Green Tea is full of antioxidants which are designed to be very good for you. A recent study has suggested that brown tea (what we accept as regular tea) is actually just as good for you if not better, but the elemnts in green tea work in different ways. First off I would like to say that I do not enjoy tea. I am firmly in the coffee camp. On the odd occasion that I do drink tea it is either because my dad made me a cup and I don't have the heart to tell him I'm not that keen, I'm having afternoon tea complete with cakes and finger sandwiches or coffee is just not an option. I am a health food fanatic. My health is important to me and so is my body so I am very careful about what I put into it. You only get one body I don't see the point in messing it up at every opportunity. My body takes me all through my life so I owe it the responsibility of looking after it.
