I have used Twinings teas for several years and have had their fruit teas, green teas and normal teas and due to being pregnant and not being able to drink coffee very often decided to invest in a box of fruit teas so that I can still have a hot drink. The box has now has 25 bags in itstead of the 20 that it used to contain and cost me 99p from Asda. The box contains 5 flavours, Strawberry and Mango, Blueberry and Apple, Cranberry and Pomegranate, Echinacea and Raspberry and Raspberry, Strawberry and Loganberry. I used to be a big coffee drinker, but a few years ago decided that I wanted to make some changes in my diet and lifestyle so decided to quit caffeine altogether. It was then that I decided to try some fruity tea bags as they are caffeine free. I decided to try the Twinings fresh & fruity mixed berry selection box of tea bags, in my local Tesco they cost 98p for a box of 25 individually wrapped sachets. I chose this box as it contains 5 different flavours of tea bags and not just the one, as a lot of the other boxes did. Twinings Selections Mixed Berry Infusions The full list of ingredients of each of the fruit infusions is found on the box and it mainly contains other fruits, herbs and flowers, but when I first put a teabag in boiled water I realized immediately that the main herb must be hibiscus. The way the dark red colour fills your cup of boiled water quickly made me remember this herb I drank for the first time almost a year ago. This drink is different from the other healthy herbs we drink normally.
