Premium Review Twinings Strawberry and Mango: Yummy strawberry and Mango in my tea (535 words)

Rating:

This is my first tea review although I have a great collection of fruit tea at home. I don't really like black and green tea. I buy only fruit tea. I am aware of the advantages of green tea but I can't drink it. I am a coffee addict and I drink tea only occasionally when the weather is awful outside and I need a hot cup to hold in my hands for a ...  Read the complete review

I've always liked the idea and the sound of fruit teas as an alternative to my usual PG tips with lots of milk...however all my previous experiences have left me with quite a negative impression. They seem to remind me of a bitter and weak version of hot vimto, so I've now lost count of the number of boxes I've bought expecting to find a new ...  Read the complete review

I have a strange head (I can hear you all saying 'tell me something I don't know! lol) On occasions when I have headache nothing takes the pain away quicker than a cup of coffee, othertimes caffeine gives me headache! And so for these days I try and drink more caffeine free drinks, I can't stand the taste of decaff coffee or tea so try and stick ...  Read the complete review

I am a little surprised to find that this is only rated three out of five stars on average by my fellow reviewers. This is a huge hit with me personally and I think it is one of the nicest fruit teas I have ever had by any brand. Usually a box of 20 teabags costs 95p in Tesco but at present they are on offer for 60p. I think it is an ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Twinings Strawberry and Mango: A bit fruity (428 words)
by - written on 19/01/09 (Very useful, 141 readings)

Strawberry and Mango is in the Fresh and Fruity range of Twinings infusions. I love both strawberries and mango so decided to give it a try. As I had to cut down on caffeine. The box is a pretty pink with a picture of some lovely strawberries and a slice of Mango, and all the ingredients are natural. There are 20 tea bags in the box, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Too sweeeeet tea (216 words)

Rating:

This is one of the few fruit teas that I really do not like. It is so overly sweet. I think perhaps strawberry is not a good fruit to use for tea because it is so naturally sweet. This flavour needs to be toned down with something sharper or more bitter. However, in this tea from Twinings, the combination of Strawberry and Mango heightens the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Twinings Strawberry and Mango: Enthusing about Infusing (353 words)

Nearly 3 years ago, I made the decision to stop smoking, a habit that I had for many, many years. It was due to a bout of pneumonia, and my children growing up and pulling no punches about what they thought of me smoking and the end result - i.e. my untimely death. This got me to thinking about the amount of caffeine I was pouring into ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review I Need More Mango (379 words)
by - written on 14/10/08 (Very useful, 105 readings)
Rating:

Twinings Strawberry and Mango infusion is described as a deliciously different and refreshing tea that perfectly combines the "quintessentially summer flavour of strawberries and sweet exotic taste of mango". There's probably more of a taste of strawberry than mango, but an overall lack of either taste - as too often with Twinings fruit ...  Read the complete review
