... of colour probably comes down to the lack of milk in it. An interesting side effect I have found is that, it can get rid of some unwanted hunger cravings as the flavour is so all consuming that it almost makes you feel that you have eaten something substantial. Twinings Everyday ... Everyday says exactly what it should say Everyday . . . as an avid tea drinker you have to have a Twinings every day!! The taste of the tea reminds me of my grandmother s tea and how I personally think a cup of tea should taste, full of flavour, not like the cheaper brands that have no distinctive taste and can sometimes just taste of hot water. Twinings has the great taste of a refreshing cup of English tea and leaves you feeling totally refreshed and wanting more and more. Twinings Green Cranberry ... tea was a digestive aid and a good source of antioxidants, and it had just enough of a kick to get me started in the morning, so I started to drink it. Since becoming a devoted green tea drinker, I ve tried the lot of them - organic teas, free trade teas, discount teas, loose leaf teas, etc.! After this lengthy period of trial and error, I now know to reach for only one kind of tea at Tescos - Twinings flavoured green tea. The biggest pull for me is the flavour - green tea is nice, but Twinings have really managed to maintain the fundamental flavours of the leaves whilst adding another dimension of cranberry taste. Twinings Fresh & Fruity Pomegranate & Raspberry Tea ... new fruit infusion from the clever folks at Twinings, this time apparently taking advantage of the sudden recent popularity of pomegranates. There are no particular health benefits cited, though as always there s no added sugar and the infusion is naturally caffeine free. A standard box contains twenty bags, and costs a little either side of £1, depending on where you shop. The bags themselves have a pleasant, candied smell. Once water is added, the scent becomes much sharper and characteristic of raspberry.
