When I moved away from home to go to university I seemed to be in a constant cycle of getting a sore throat and cold every six weeks. Twinings Peppermint Tea ... am a self confessed tea addict - I mainly drink regular tea with caffeine, mainly Earl Grey. However, I have been looking for a caffeine free alternative for a while. I m not fond of regular decaf teas so I decided to try a herbal tea. I picked these Twinings Peppermint Tea teabags up in Tesco - 20 for around £1.20 (Peppermint tea seems to be really cheap!) There are several articles all over the internet that profess the benefits of peppermint tea. I was mainly interested in the fact that aids psoriasis since I suffer from the condition.
