 ... sleep. Then I found decaff tea. I have tried a few different brands and to my suprise most have been ok but typoo decaff tea is by far the best I've come across. I thought that it wouldn't taste like tea and something would be lacking but I was wrong. Decaf tea is lovely and tastes just like proper tea. The only difference is that it doesn't give you that pick-me-up so you might not want it in the morning. If you're like me and love a lovely hot drink in the evening and just before bed but tea keeps you awake- Decaff tea is your answer. Unfortunately for me, any caffine after about 9pm and I have the fidgets all night and just can't get to sleep.
