... creamy head. It doesn't smell too beery though, nicely hopped, slightly bitter at first which develops into a satisfyingly sharp/sweet tang with a hint of grape even. Lovely light malty finish which doesn't go away but hangs around tempting you into another sip. Another sip. Why sip? You can't gulp this down, this is like drinking a good wine and at 6.5% you'd fall over pretty quickly anyway. Something that I find usually impairs my enjoyment of a decent drink. Beer. Nice beer. About time I did another beer op and hey, Steve (leahslad), I can write this one on the job, so to speak. Betcha you can't. I don't have to wait ten minutes before I try another one either! OK, so that was cheap, I know. True though. The best bit about it is, I can make the testing last a long long time and the climax just goes on and on and... Blimey, this stuff must a bit special then, I can hear you all shouting.
