Vanilla Coke was a different type of Coke which was released in the UK and then was straight away taken of the shelves in less than year! So what went wrong?

The drink cost 60 p if you got a can, When I drank this drink at first I was shocked at how sweet it was. Vanilla mixed with Coke just does not go well because the taste is just too sweet, Vanilla does taste good on its own but now with the coke, The taste of these two combined was one enough to make me puke. The taste is just too sweet and you can taste the vanilla more in the drink than the Coke, Once you sip it down you can feel the vanilla still there which does not taste right for me.

It just never felt like a Coke product to me at all more like a cheap drink product the taste just did not go well together at all. I guess some people may have liked it but the majority must have not seeing the fact it was taken off quickly? I am sure they do not even sell these any more?

The drink was taken of the shelves because it did not sell and a lot of people found the drink to be disgusting, If the Coke company was to send this one back again they should make the drink better by removing the vanilla much more from the taste, So we can taste Coke and a little bit of Vanilla which would help the drink sell maybe.

Overall it was a drink I thought would be decent but it was no where near that! I rather not have a drink at all than have the Vanilla Coke it was that bad in my opinion.
