Advantages: Widely available

Disadvantages: Prices varies largely

I've been getting fit(ter...ahem!) so I've upped my water intake and seem to be buying an enormous amount of bottled water. The old tap versus bottled water just comes down to taste. The tap water here has a certain 'tang' that just aint nice so I buy whatever is on offer.

I bought two 1.5 L bottles of Volvic for £1 in the Co op so the value was pretty good. You'd expect to pay from 70p to just over a pound usually, it varies so much. Tesco have the same offer as Co op at the moment and they usually only charge 58p.

Allegedly filtered through 6 layers of volcanic rock in France, this water tastes of....well, water. Best served chilled, very refreshing. Comes in other ranges witha twist of lemon or strawberry which I find unpleasantly acidic....yuk.

The bottle is recyclable and can be squashed down into a more compact shape for storage or so you can fit more in those too small recyclying bins. The bottle is also a tall cuboid shape which helps for storage in the fridge (Stops it rolling around and taking up too much space)

Widely available, at the cheaper edge of the market, pleasant and refreshing.

Summary: Stll natural water
