... don’t have the Highland Park label but who cares, a whisky snob might, but I don’t. I’m going to have another sniff. This stuff has the feel good factor. As usual I pour a decent measure into the glass. At this point I haven’t added anything to it. On the Water discussions I’ve been having a serious think about it, well since I wrote the last Review. I’ve now recovered, enough, from my last Whisky Review to embark upon another. This is a Whisky that I’ve never tasted before. It was bought as a Christmas present and I’m now going to taste if for the first time. That said I have heard great things about it. The Waitrose Island 10 Year Old Scotch Whisky is available in Waitrose Stores and online (www.waitrose.com) and retails at the massive sum of £16.99 (although online I think you have to buy it by the case. It is 40% Alcohol by Volume and comes in a standard 70cl bottle.
