Saint-Émilion is a beautiful place. It is located 35 km north-east of Bordeaux, between Libourne and Castillon-La-Bataille. I was fortunate enough to visit it last November when unexpectedly I won a competition I entered through Tesco Wine Club. This competition gave me a personal tour of the most prestigious vineyards and gave me a behind the scenes look at wine production in the Bordeaux region. Well someone had to do it!
