I'm going to put a disclaimer in here for those of that have read a few of my reviews and noticed a number have focused on alcohol. I'm currently pregnant so am tea total at the moment (well as good as 1 small glass of wine per week maximum) but seem to have alcohol on the brain. I'm doing pretty well for a self confessed binge drinker who used to drink way too many units each week. I have made it almost 6 months into not drinking without even thinking about the alcoholic liquids I used to regularly abuse my liver with....... But I'm thinking back to a really bad experience I had just before falling pregnant with Weight Watchers White ... Read the complete review

When I rejoined Weight Watchers a couple of weeks ago I was lucky to win the raffle that my leader runs on my very first week, the prize was a bottle of Weight Watchers Fruity German Wine. I generally enjoy German wines so opened it last night when my sister was visiting, I served her her favourite deep red wine and I was careful with my Weight Watchers points drinking this. Actually I was so careful with them that the entire bottle of wine cost me only 1 point because the rest of it was poured down the sink in disgust! Before opening the screw top wine bottle I was aware that it wasn't going to be as nice as a non-Weight Watchers wine, but this ... Read the complete review

I was browsing the wine isle in Tesco last week, looking to purchase a bottle of Chardonnay, when I saw this Weight Watchers Fruity White wine. Now I really am NO wine expert at all and obviously my taste buds have deteriorated in comparison to those of the other reviewers of this wine, for unlike them, I found it quite pleasant. Although not as 'smooth' as some wines I have tasted, it was pleasantly sharp and tangy. I can't say that I recognised the claimed apple and pear aroma, but then, my olfactories may also be a tad run down - age has its compensations. It is said to go well with sushi, fish and chicken dishes, well my first glass went with ... Read the complete review

I love wine, it is my pleasure and my downfall. I have drunk so many different kinds, whites in particular, that I consider myself, by sheer volume to have a growing knowledge and palette. For all my self-sommaliered training I also have a vast and explanding waistline..... ...Bring forward the Weightwatchers answer to my problems - even though I am with Slimming World - at 80kcals per 125ml and at £4.50 per 75cl bottle this 8% alcohol Fruity German Screw top captured my attention. It's a clean refreshing looking wine, branded with the Weightwatchers label and lovely vineyards on the front. The useful screwcap ensures easy access - which is always ... Read the complete review

I have been drinking weight watchers white wine for around 1 year now(not constantly!) because I have been told of the 80 calories per glass and I thought 'I'll just get it down me and there is basically no guilt involved! However...I have been trying not to come to this conclusion as I love a wine or ten but hate the calories but I have since came to the conclusion that this wine is just vile, its way to sweet, cheap and nasty! I have completly sickened myself of this wine and could not manage even the smallest glass now. When I take of my nail polish I get a similar wiff from it! Weight watchers diet followers probably think this wine ... Read the complete review
