I have always been a big fan of the super fruits, like Acai and goji berries, but today I came across of the the best I have even seen and tasted!
I went down to my local Waitrose and I was in the Juices section and I just saw that beautiful purple cartoon of juice that caught my attention. And there is was the Welch's Purple Grape Juice. I am not going to lie, im not a good fan of grapes the only ones I can tolerate is the seedless one and if they are very sweet. So I decided to give it a try, just because of the color.
After I had the first cup I could not believe what I was experiencing, for me it tasted like Sangria, that is a mix of red wine and fruits, but of course it tasted like that without the alcohol. Its naturally sweet and made from 65% of American Concord Grape Juice and 35% of Grape Juice from Concentrated. I had to go to the box and check because I was almost sure it had sugar but it does not! Its Amazing.
Its very refreshing and I think it can be used to an alternate to those who wants to have a nice refreshing drink but alcohol free! It does not taste like those juices from concentrate that we buy and you don't even have to be an expert to know that they are from concentrated, this juice feels like you just got a handful of grapes and squeezed them by hand in a cup and its ready to drink with no gunk!
The Purple grapes are full of antioxidants and one of the most important one found in the juice is the Polyphenols and they are well know to be the most effective antioxidants and they occur naturally in fruit and vegetables, and also they can help to reduce the cell damage caused by the free radicals in the body.
Only 200ml of the juice represents one portion of fruit or vegetable a day!
I bought the cartoon of juice for only £ 1.94 per 1L at Waitrose.
I recommend 100% this super grape juice! It will make you feel amazing!

Summary: Not a big fan of grapes, but i am in love with this one!
