Westons Old Rosie

I do not consider myself to be a cider connoisseur but 'Old Rosie' has to be one of the most under rated ciders about today. I strongly believe it should be on draft and more readily available like 'Strongbow' is. Unfortunately the only places I know this to be available is the Wetherspoons pubs chain and ASDA supermarkets. Old rosie is a still cider which is very strong (7.3) however tastes no stronger than apple Juice. For this reason it goes down very easily. Up until a few years ago I didn’t drink cider at all. I didn’t like it and I always avoided it in pubs or at parties. When I was younger I had been put off the drink by experiments with Woodpecker and Diamond White; I would drink loads, get drunk, fall over and be very sick as a result.
