As you will know by now, I like trying new beers whenever I see them. Mostly this is when doing my occasional round of the local supermarket, usually Sainsburys, when I am supposed to be looking for anything but beer. One does just get soooooo distracted though, doesn't one? And so it was that in amongst the vast collection of the familiar and unfamiliar I noticed a bottle of White Horse Oxfordshire Bitter. The predominantly black and white label portrays the familiar picture of the famous bronze age chalk carving found on the hills of the Vale of the White Horse not far from Wantage near the village of Uffington.
