This is a ‘Black’ (although in reality it’s a deep burgundy-red) tea with a really lovely rich aroma and a strong malty taste, my Mum used to call it ‘proper tea’ and I’d have to agree with her. A strong cup of this in the morning will set you up for the rest of the day, (although, I usually drink about 3 cups before I leave for work!) I’ve actually become a bit of a tea snob you see, ‘Tetleys’ just doesn’t do it for me anymore! This tea can be bought either loose (3.00 for 125g) or in tea-bags (2.00 for 40), but because it can be very strong, watch how long you brew it for - I suggest about 2 ... Read the complete review
