This beer ticks a lot of boxes; it's real ale in a bottle for a start "CAMRA says this is real ale", it's named in honour of a major okay bloke William Wilberforce, some of the ingredients are fairtrade and Westerham brewery supports Stop The Traffik. You can't argue at that ! I'm a great advocate of bottle-conditioned beer, but I do recognise some of its pitfalls. Quality control in the microbrewery market has come on leaps and bounds but occasionally you still get a duff one. You usually know as soon as you open the bottle that something is not quite right.
