Wiru Winter Beer

Wiru Winter Beer, usually known as Wiru Talveoulu is a dark dunkel type beer. There's a habit in Central and Eastern Europe of doing strange things to beer come winter time in Poland and Russia this involves heating beer up with herbs and spices. In Estonia, it's strong sweet dark beer that gets the nod. Admittedly, I'm more of a fan of lager than dark beer although the odd brand does really get my approval. Wiru Talveoulu is not one of those, it's far too malty and it's got an excessively sweet taste.
