I dont think its that WKD (WKD Blue)

Advantages: Nice drink for one or two bottles

WKD is a vodka based alcopop popular with young teen drinkers. It has a weird taste, very sweet and does not taste of alcohol atall, just a sickly soft drink, hence the term "alcopop". I have to admite, WKD would not be my first choice of drink, I mainly like to drink bottled beers or mixers such as Jack Daniels and Coke, however I get bored of drinks really quickly and can only usually have about 3 beers before the taste begins to get a bit boring. As bottled drinks are better in clubs where you are constanly pushed around and dancing etc, WKD is usually my next choice.

The first thing you notice about WKD is the bright blue colour, obviouly it is full of those lovely colourings and E numbers! One thing I would say is that I know someone that has been quite badly ill the day after drinking WKD, not from the alcohol but purely from the colourings, so if you are atall sensitive to them, this is a drink to avoid!

After about two bottles of WKD, the sickly sweet taste just gets too much for me and I have to swap back to drinking beer, so this is not really my favourite drink. Doesnt really feel or taste like its getting you drunk so be carefull.

So overall, not my favourite drink but ok for drinking one or two I just wouldnt drink it all night mainly because of the taste and the colourings that are bound to reek havoc with your digestive system.

Summary: Not my fav drink
