Although I have generally thought of dark beers as specially suitable for winter days, this was different. As one or two of you have noticed, I'm not very good at putting flavours into words, but Norfolk Nog is worth commenting on anyway. It's a dark beer (that's the easy bit!), but not too sweet. The first couple of times I tried it, I was not all that impressed. Maybe the temperature was wrong or something. Aniseed taste Could get boring after a while
