Yazoo Strawberry Flavoured Milk is actually one of my favourite strawberry milks. It's quite a thin liquid, like the chocolate version is, but for strawberry flavour I find this really works. It's also extremely affordable at 54p for a 475ml bottle in Tesco, and 87p for a 1lt bottle. That's cheaper than Tesco own brand strawberry milk is!

This is a very thin, fine milk drink that's made by Campina - the people responsible for those oh so delicious strawberry sucking sweets (Campinos are they?). There's a really strong taste of strawberry to this milk that is strong but not too sweet. I like that they've managed to create a thirst quenching drink here by not going overboard with the sugar content, though it is still a little high at 9.8g per 100ml which is to be expected with any product like this.

As I said before, the consistency is very thin, so you can expect this to be a flavoured milk product rather than a milkshake. There's no creamy after taste with this like you'd get from a milkshake, and there's no thick, throat-coating texture to it either.

Besides being very low priced compared to similar products, and even compared to standard milk, Yazoo Strawberry Flavoured Milk is also much more convenient to store. You can keep it in the cupboard until it's opened as it's a long-life milk product. That's why this stuff is often more readily available in garages and corner shops - it's easier for them to store.
