Advantages: Great tea, strong taste

Disadvantages: Usually more expensive than other brands

Want a refreshing and enjoyable cup of tea? You can't go wrong with a cup of Yorkshire tea. Yorkshire Tea is a blend of black tea, which is produced by Taylors of Harrogate. The company was founded in 1886 by Yorkshire tea merchant Charles Taylor. From my research, it appears that this is one of the very few remaining family tea merchants in the United Kingdom.

There are several varieties of Yorkshire tea - one of the things I like is that the company is so forward thinking they have produced different tea bags for different water consistencies. The Gold variety is for hard water, whilst the red is for soft water. There is also the option of decaffinated teabags.

The packaging really reminds me of the Yorkshire dales, and adds to the authenticity of the idea that you are drinking 'Yorkshire tea.' Adourned on the box are pictures of the Dales - conjouring up images of farm houses - a nice english breakfast and a cup of tea! Okay, maybe that's just me.

The packaging might have attracted me to buy this product, but why I keep going back to buy this product is because I love the taste. I enjoy strong, English tea - and this product provides this flavour. I prefer it to PG Tips, and that's saying something!

The only downside to this product is that it's often more expensive than PG Tips and other teabags, but I pay the money because I prefer the taste.

Definately worth a buy if you are willing to pay a little more.

Summary: Great taste if you are willing to pay the price
