I was quite suprised with this one. They say it's brewed with elder flower, i wouldn't be able to tell you if this was true or not because i've never eaten this type of flower before, or any other flower for that matter. Just drinking this beer would be taking away the point of it. Surely if it's brewed with flowers, which are meant for smelling, then this beer has also got to be smelled. When you first open thsi one, to really enjoy it and take in the full flavour, you must really smell it and concentrate on taking in all the different aromas(i sound like the bloke off "food and drink" on BBC2, i'm ashamed).
