Sony DVP F 11 ... have really gone to town on styling with the DVP-F11. Its slender design and the slinky DVD slot see it apart from other machines. This machine is so clevely built that it stands on its side upside down basicly in any position. Its compact size gives it a solid, dense feel like it's been carved from a single solid lump of aluminium. You would expect something this small would go a bit light on the connections, but it's gone more than full-size machines. Theres a external power supply socket and subwoofer output both optical and coaxial digital audio outs. the only thing it lacks is with a scart socket. Toshiba SD 100 ... Toshiba SD100E was the second DVD player I have bought and in my opinion for the price it is the DADDY! For the price you can not get a better DVD player, it is a well known brand and it was at the time under £200 normally in this price range you would get a make you have never heard off. The main reason I bought the SD100E was the fact that it had been in ‘WHICH’ magazine as their months-star buy and for the price as well who was I to complain. When I got it home and hooked it up which was very easy, all I needed to do was scart it to the TV I immediately played The Matrix, which I had problems playing on my previous player. Bush DVD 2004 ... of a film and it replays as many times as you wan t. You can also bookmark your favourite part of a film and easily find it for future viewing. A great new feature is that you can play games, such as Tetris. I haven't used these much while watching films, but if I get bored, then maybe! You can also play the games while listening to CD's which the DVD Player allows. With many great features and good quality picture and sound, I give the DVD Player 4 stars. ...
