Bush DVD 2013

I bought this machine for my sister, hoping to be able to hack it later so I could bring my R1s over for out friday-night movie seshes. One of the major flaws of this machine is the shadows and artifacts displayed in high contrast scenes. It's not a major fault, but it is annoying. For the £99.99 you get a capable machine, but the technology inside leaves a lot to be desired. Try playing Shrek on it and you'll see what I mean. The machine struggles so hard even to get the main title up, you'd swear it was sweating! Update! 17/5/2 Being my first DVD Player I had no frame of reference and was initially impressed with it! However, after encoutering special feature playback problems on many discs (Gladiator, Shrek, Meet the Parents etc.) I decided to return it to Argos for a refund. Even though it was way past the 16 money back guarantee the were very helpful. Don't bother with this machine!
