... you will be ready to watch a movie, put the disc in and you will see "H02". When you call customer service, they can't help you. They refer you to a Panasonic service dept. far far away and you find out that it costs more to repair than to just buy a new one. This thing is a piece of junk and I will no longer buy Panasonic products. I just wanted to write this to warn anyone out there thinking about buying this product. I purchased this DVD player and it worked great at first. Then it started freezing while playing and giving me the common H02 error (which I did not know anything about until I started browsing Amazon.com's reviews) Over 100 people have experienced this error and panasonic is not standing behind their product.
